Your new product is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity.

In case of non-conformity, you can obtain free of charge, during the 6 months following the delivery of your product, the replacement of your product, or failing that, its refund.

THE MIXER may not proceed according to your choice if this choice leads to a clearly disproportionate cost compared to the other option, considering the value of the product or the significance of the defect of conformity.

If repair or replacement are impossible or could not be carried out within one month following the taking charge, you may return the product and be refunded or keep it and be refunded part of the price.

For any repair carried out under the legal guarantee of conformity of a product purchased from January 1, 2022, you benefit from 6 months of guarantee.

To benefit from the guarantee, remember to keep the proof of purchase of the product.

Generally, the guarantee does not cover:

• normal wear of the product;
• any damage resulting from failure to follow the instructions for use, incorrect installation, or improper use;
• any accidental or indirect damage;
• any lack of maintenance of the product;
• non-domestic use of the product;
• the product having undergone alteration or modification;
• discoloration of the product or any aesthetic defect that does not affect the normal use of the product.
